What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is maximum 20 working days. In case we need to wait longer for some products from our suppliers, we will contact you. We are working with the Finnish national post-office, POSTI, to deliver the Baskets. Their service is of a very high standard and we don’t foresee any problems. POSTI provides you with a tracking number so that you will be able to know when to expect your delivery at your home or at the near post-office.

Will there be any customs, duties or other taxes?

Clients outside the European Union may be required to pay customs, import duties and/or additional taxes. If you don’t know whether above mentioned charges apply to your order, we recommend that you consult your local authorities. When placing an order you accept the responsibility for all required declarations and payments to your local authorities. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance .

Where can I find the user instructions of the products included in the basket?

Instructions about the products (safety, washing) can be found in this PDF. Our Blog and our Facebook page are regularly updated with tips on how to use some of the products included in the Baskets.
